“i changed my reservation to higher levels for renovated room when check-in, bc the staff’s recommendation. it’s bigger, brighter and the layout is great too! also don’t forget the rooftop bar with the magnificent skyline of HK. this hotel is located in the center of Causeway Bay. super convenient. ”

“櫃檯員工專業而且又很親切，我們當天10:30辦理入住，員工也是親切的指引，接著還跟我們分享附近的美食。當晚入住後，另一位櫃檯人員也協助我們寄放的行李主動放入房內。 隔天退房時，因為我們要趕去沙田看賽馬，也是請櫃檯人員協助叫計程車，晚上再回來拿寄送行李時，所有人員的態度都很親切都很棒！”

“I really appreciate the flexibility of the cleaning lady. When I left my hotel room, I switched on the "Cleaning" sign. When I returned, the signage was still on, and I hesitated, unsure whether to enter or come back later. Noticing my hesitation, the cleaning lady immediately asked if I’d like the room cleaned right away. I said yes, and she responded cheerfully, "That's good!" I left for another hour, and when I returned, the room was spotless. Her attentiveness and flexibility made my stay……

“酒店環境整體都不錯，但是員工態度有待改善。明明在入住當晚跟前台職員確定過，可以延遲到一點check out。但是隔天12點電話便響，我們解釋了，但他們仍然態度不友善，而且要我們12:30立刻離開。😅”
