“The property is great the neighborhood is rough but the building and all aspects of this bed and breakfast are great. I recommend a uber when leaving dont walk from this place we where basically attacked a block away.”

“Beautifully restored house with spacious, clean rooms. The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. They even thought of all the little things that make a B&B special like leaving rain ponchos out for the guests on rainy days and leaving a variety of freshly baked goods out for late night snacks. It was a 15 minute ride to Churchill Downs and 5 minutes from downtown Louisville. But, there were many restaurants and pubs in short walking distance. I highly recommend the Market Street Inn. ”

“We stayed her as It was close to my daughters basketball tournament (Run for The Roses) two bedroom definitely was the right choice with the kids. Pool was clean. Exercise room was big enough with the right equipment and breakfast was a huge benefit in the mornings. Would stay again. ”

“I enjoyed this stay at Galt House. The location is convenient, the rooms are nice, there are good restaurants onsite and close by. I will point out a couple of things that I did not like as much, but will note that these are minor and that I do plan on staying there again soon. The $30 a night parking feels a bit excessive. Also, as the hotel is next to a convention center and sports stadiums, it changes the atmosphere as the hotel become very busy. The staff gets overwhelmed, there are……
