“We wanted to get out and do some bike rides and play a few rounds of golf, but near to downtown Frederick- the house was oerfect with the two bedrooms and the parking space is key. Wonderful trip, and the house played a big part.”

The kitchen had all the modern conveniences. Each room had its own air conditioner so we could all have our desired temperatures at night. Check- in was effortless. Lisa was very responsive to the questions we had. We would love to stay again!”

“My husband and I enjoyed our five day stay at the Canal House. We were surrounded by early American décor and felt like we stepped back in time with modern conveniences added. We were cool and comfortable in the midst of a heat wave, the mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.The rocking chairs on the porch were great for morning coffee and conversations. The nearness of the C&O Canal Towpath at Taylor’s Landing provided wonderful opportunities……
