“Great property for a beach front vacation. The beaches were pretty dirty, unfortunately. Otherwise this house would have been a place you’d never have to leave. But that’s pretty much the whole side of the island…tons of sea grass everywhere. The house host Jose was wonderful. Everything we needed was provided. The neighbors were all amazingly nice and friendly. Right next door is a locals outdoor small bar that was a blast and super affordable. Food everywhere within walking distance. Very safe……

“The beach and pool were amazing. Secluded stay but close enough for a cart ride to town. The caretakers were amazing, we had a lot of laughs with them and any issue that came up they were there to help. We had 6 couples rent the entire property, there was plenty of room for 2 more couples leaving two extra beds for others. I would recommend this place and would stay again. Thanks Paul and family, you made our stay extra special. ”

“This is a beautifully maintained property. It is very relaxing. I went there on a one week stay with my two adult daughters. The bedroom set up was great fot the three of us. One king bed and two queen beds. The condo was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The cookware was in good condition. Although we ate out for dinner we did cook breakfast there every day. I found the price of groceries in San Pedro to be extremely expensive for my budget. San Pedro is very noisy. The……

They literally arrange everything we wanted and were so nice. The place is in a great location, and you could walk to most but just rent the golf cart. Traveling to San Pedro was a breeze, as there were plenty of places to rent mini golf carts. “The property is beautiful! It was clean and comfortable! The staff were helpful and honest! We lost an expensive item (it fell off our golf cart because we didn’t think about tying bags down when driving) and a staff member from their sister location found it and turned it into the office of our location. ”

“This was our family’s first time to Belize. The condo was clean and had ample room for our 2 adult sons. Appreciated we were able to enjoy lounging by the pool or the beach. Location was good too - convenient and easy walk/golf cart to town or grocery, Farmhouse coffee and many other restaurants.
