“Ed.and Lynn are gracious hosts, who operate this cool little property that's somewhat off the beaten track, and off the grid. And that is both the good and not so good. If you take this property for what it is it is great. Ed and Lynn operate these cabanas with a loving hand. The cabanas are smallish, but up- to-date, clean and neat, and comfortable. The feel is very much like a well above average maintained motel suite. Their on site convenience store carries all the basics you might need……

“We absolutely loved Caye Caulker and these VRBOs. Such cute, quaint cottages. Michael was always on top of bringing more water when we asked. ”

“Perfectly clean and new. All new appliances. Appreciated the bike to ride a short pleasant distance to the ferry to get to southside. Not a lot of activity on this side so its telaxed and chill. L9ve”

“Property was nice, clean and easy to get to. Bikes were provided which made it easy to get around the island.The dock was very relaxing but you can not swim from it. ( crocodile warning ) there is a pool there and beaches just a short bike ride away. the area is quiet and relaxing with lots of activities just across the split. we did a day long snorkeling excursion with nautitime tours they took pictures with a gopro camera giving us pictures at no additional cost we enjoyed our stay and would……

“Moody blue cottage was the perfect fit for us. If we come back to caye caulker, this is where we want to stay. Every thing about this property was great. Be sure to arrange snorkeling trip with Francis and wish we had known that we could arrange fishing with him before booking through a local company. He is very knowledgeable about the island and marine life.”

“the house and property were nice. However, the Expedia ad was misleading. The cover page said it was 1 min drive from split. It wasn't. It's a $25 taxi fare one way to the split. ”

“As mentioned by others, the property is fairly far from the center of the action, but at times this could be a good thing. A golf cart or bikes are suggested. Due to the proximity of the 4 units, privacy was not at a premium. The property was clean, had lots of storage space and towels and the manager was extremely responsive to any requests. Would stay here again.”

“Our stay was all we had wished for. Clean and roomy, the place was just far enough from the busyness to feel like a retreat, but it was easy to walk to anything we wanted. Mike and Lilliana were perfect hosts - available, informative and quick to respond to any questions.”

“They have huge dogs that will jump on you and enter the property with mud and dirt on their feet. The owner fraudulently charged my credit card for damage we did not do. It’s criminal to take advantage of tourists in a foreign country. ”

“This property is exactly as described! We arrived at the dock to board the Express ferry and messaged the owners, and there was a taxi ready and waiting for us when we arrived on the island. The property was about a 5 minute bike ride into the town and about 10 minute ride to The Split. Property was very clean and had all the amenities you need. Nice full bathroom and tiled floors through whole house. Deck was nice to sit on in evenings. We felt very safe as the property is also fenced in, and……
