“Pros: The location to downtown Healdsburg was great. Walkable to all the great restaurants and shops. Great bathroom and shower in the room. Cons: you only interact with staff at check-in and breakfast. Other than that there is no one around. Our king room was so small there was barely any room for luggage and only one small desk sized chair to sit on. “The little one bedroom house was perfect for us. A great location, very comfy bed and lovely property. Wish the weather had been a little warmer so we could have enjoyed the outdoor space. Would have liked to have a traditional coffee maker.”

“My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay in the bunkhouse in early March. Suzanne is a very generous and welcoming host -- thank you again for the delicious bottle of sauvignon blanc and other goodies! Communications with Suzanne were always clear and timely. The bunkhouse is very comfortable for a couple, with nice linens on the bed, plentiful towels in the bath, plenty of coffee for the morning. “Great location and view. Room looks as online. I don't expect much but having some basics would be nice like a place to put bags without being on lounge bench, towels for the rec center (they advertise access but only two towels). Nice to have coffee capsules- but all were child like flavors (Eggo, french toast, and breakfast cereal flavorings). The cabinet holding the mini fridge was gorgeous, but one can not sleep if it is opened- it is strikingly loud and creaky”

“The place is dirty. There is no hot tub. There are no fire pits. There was a huge stain on our carpet. We got there, walked in our room, walked down to the river, walked back to our room and then left. Dont be fooled by the photos, this place is a dump. BAIT AND SWITCH”

“The property didn’t give directions on how to properly enter the code to open the door. We had to talk to another person staying in the property to give us the trick to entering the code in the keypad. Additionally, we kept requesting extra pillows with no success after playing phone tag with missed calls and unanswered messages. Room was clean at least and the property is in a quiet, secluded location.”

“We had such a wonderful and relaxing time. The day we got there and the day after were sunny so we spent a lot of time right by (and me in) the water. The day after was overcast and perfect for some indoor relaxation by the fire place. The cabin had everything we needed. “My husband and I were excited to drive up to this enchanting little home. The beautiful gardens welcomed us to a cozy, clean home with beautiful views of the beach below. We enjoyed the evening sunsets in the large hot tub on the back deck. The bed was very comfortable, linens were quality and towels were plush. We will be back! A happy couple on a birthday getaway”

Wonderful site, a few tweaks would make it amazing

"We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. The hotel facilities, which included a small pool, hot tub, gym, spa and a bocce ball court, overlooking the coast. The quality and tastes of the food was average at best. We enjoyed some “happy hour” snacks and breakfast on-site. Overall, the food was a bit bland and a touch too salty. The view from the restaurants was spectacular nonetheless. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to the area and this facility."
