“This is a gem in the jungle if you enjoy outdoors n don’t mind tiny cozy little space. It probably started with excellent design at first n overtime lack of maintenance. It left quite a few spots unfinished. Some walls had wood pieces cut out n looked like ready for some decorative tiles to be placed. The wall mirror had a missing corner etc. The place is clean though n the little fireplace is good enough to warm up the room. The kitchen is tiny but is equipped with all the spices, cooking oil……

“It was our first stay in a lighthouse keeper's inn. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. There was ample light entering the room from both the north and south sides. We stayed for two nights and the kitchen had ample utensils and plates to cook food from scratch and/or warm prepared food.The only thing that we would have had liked would be more rugs on the floor and more mats in the bathroom. “We had to change plans due to some weather in Lassen Volcanic NP so we decided to stay in Cloverdale. The place was walkable to local restaurants and shops as well as the sculptures through town. We were close by vineyards and enjoyed some wine tasting while we were there. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. ”
