“The location was spectacular. We had beautiful views, quiet, clean, and with excellent shared living spaces indoors and on the deck. We were 5 mature adults aka retirees or soon to be. The setup allowed for great coversational spaces.The house was super clan. The house host was readily available. The kitchen was well equipped. We like that as our group tends to do some in house meals.We would definitely return”

“The property is exactly as pictured. The home is beautiful, secluded and serene. Grocery store is a little further out so make sure you pack everything you need. Home is stocked with all the essentials. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great location, comfortable house, there were a few maintenance issues and we got locked out of the house (code stopped working on the door) before our check out time. Luckily there were people still in the house to let us back in.”

“This is a very nice open floor plan home with many upgraded amenities. The location is perfect for exploring western Sonoma and there is a nice, but modest grocery store just two blocks away. The only minor issue is that the driveway is short and quite steep which may challenge some drivers.”

“Loved the property, right on the water, very clean, well stocked for cooking in. Highly recommend.My only complaint is the laundry list of check out items… we were only there for a short weekend and had to launder all towels before leaving with incredibly specific instructions about cycle length and amount of detergent, etc. our checkout was at 11am… it was a little stressful to get it all done. if we’re paying a few hundred for a cleaning service, shouldn’t that include laundering towels? Or……

“We loved our stay at "365 Days", especially the professional kitchen appliances and the back patio/view. The downstairs suite is separate from the upstairs living quarters, which provided some extra privacy for our large group. The house was clean and well stocked, we would love to stay again in the future. ”

“I loved my stay at this property. Went there for a midweek getaway with my spouse. We had views of the ocean, the house was super spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed using the hot tub. There are great restaurants and some fun activities nearby too. We also appreciate it how equipped the kitchen was— which is a plus! The area is very quiet, and the house has excellent Wi-Fi if you needed to do any WFH. Juli the property manager was also very responsive and always checking in via text to……

“Very well situated and stocked family and Fido friendly home. Walk to the beach or One-eyed jacks playground within minutes. A quick 5 minute drive into Gualala allows you to get anything you forgot at home. The reverse floor plan build of this home makes for great wildlife watching from the window seats in the open living area. It certainly provided a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city life. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!”

“Foxkit cottage was very welcoming, relaxing, and perfectly curated to be both beautiful and comfortable. The hosts thought of everything that would be needed to make this little oasis a home away from home. Now, the total showstopper was having the majestic ocean as the backdrop to such a lovely home. We could not get enough of the sound of the crashing waves, and the hot tub…icing on the cake! We had an absolutely wonderful time connecting as a family. We definitely plan to book again. ”

Wonderful site, a few tweaks would make it amazing

"We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. The hotel facilities, which included a small pool, hot tub, gym, spa and a bocce ball court, overlooking the coast. The quality and tastes of the food was average at best. We enjoyed some “happy hour” snacks and breakfast on-site. Overall, the food was a bit bland and a touch too salty. The view from the restaurants was spectacular nonetheless. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to the area and this facility."
