“The views from this location on the bluff are absolutely amazing. The house had what we needed, but things were dated. Some of the windows are cloudy, and the furniture isn't all that comfortable. We had to drive 9 miles out of the way to pick up the welcome packet at the Vacasa office. (I don't think I will use Vacasa again.) The entry code had 10 digits and was the most difficult entry pad I've ever used. The lights in the entry were difficult to figure out because there were switches on 3……

“We stayed a few nights and just took it slow. Coffee and Reading, little bit of hot tub and walks by the ocean. Very nice time.”

“Great location, comfortable house, there were a few maintenance issues and we got locked out of the house (code stopped working on the door) before our check out time. Luckily there were people still in the house to let us back in.”

“Loved the property, right on the water, very clean, well stocked for cooking in. Highly recommend.My only complaint is the laundry list of check out items… we were only there for a short weekend and had to launder all towels before leaving with incredibly specific instructions about cycle length and amount of detergent, etc. our checkout was at 11am… it was a little stressful to get it all done. if we’re paying a few hundred for a cleaning service, shouldn’t that include laundering towels? Or……

“We enjoyed our stay in the house is walking distance to the Bluffs and beach. The caretaker’s house is attached to the rental home. That was not clear in the description. This did not bother us, but it might bother some.”

“Very well situated and stocked family and Fido friendly home. Walk to the beach or One-eyed jacks playground within minutes. A quick 5 minute drive into Gualala allows you to get anything you forgot at home. The reverse floor plan build of this home makes for great wildlife watching from the window seats in the open living area. It certainly provided a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city life. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!”
