“We had a wonderful stay at the Gustafson Family Vineyard estate. The home is beautifully situated with incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and hills. It was the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. Glenn and the team were responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved the outdoor spaces, the patio and views were stunning, and the property felt both……

“This was a lovely cozy house with great views of the ocean from the house and the hot tub, as well. The sofas are old and the springs from the cushions could be felt - so they could be replaced, but I'm concerned that to do so would motivate the owners to increase the price, which currently is relatively affordable. We placed some cushions that we have from home and the car and that was an adequate remedy. Other than a slight carpet stain by the master king sized bed, everything else was……

“Ah. Where to start? Of course the Russian River area is a beautiful place from the vineyards, to the Redwoods, to the cool swimming and paddling waters, right down to the estuary at Jenner. And this home is set up beautifully for an extended family or cheerful group of friends. Easy to get in, EVERything stocked up well: kitchen stuff, bath stuff, and lots of beds. “Clear Instructions on what to do when checking out would be more helpful ”

“I gave this five stars because overall, the property was great and peaceful and the right price for what it offered. The view out to the ocean is spectacular and the location was exactly what we needed. With that said, a few frustrating things that are good to know before you go (or book this property at all): -- the bunk bed is very high and it doesn't have a guard rail or a ladder. “Such a beautiful house and a stunning location. The hot tub was gross when we arrived & they sent a team out quickly to drain, clean & refill it & it heated up quickly enough for us to go in that day! Access was easy with a lock box on the front door & my friend even charged his Tesla in the garage! It was a bit stuffy in the home, the air conditioning was needed and was not very effective & there was no breeze & no fans. I bet if I had asked for some fans they would have brought us some. ……
