“Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel mit phänomenaler 270 Grad-Aussicht (aufs Meer und auf die bewaldete Umgebung). Die Anfahrt wirkt zu Beginn etwas abenteuerlich, allerdings gewöhnt man sich schnell an den nur teilweise betonierten Feldweg. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einem Bad und 2 Toiletten. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, funktioniert aber ohne Probleme. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und für kältere Tage gibt’s……

“I find it hard to put into words how wonderful our stay was at the beautiful villa. First, Martin our host and family are the kindest people. They went above and beyond helping and making sure our stay was perfect. The photos of the Villa do not do it justice. Tucked in the hills, the Villa is beautiful and has breathtaking views. You will find a spot to work or read while everybody else spends time in the outside patio or the pool. The house is immersed in a beautiful olive grove but close enough to walk to the center of Montescudaio where you will find a couple of restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy and a bank. “Wir waren im absolut heißen Hochsommer hier im Haus und daher sehr dankbar für dieses tolle Ferienhaus mit Pool und Klimaanlage. Für uns war das Haus nahezu perfekt, genau die richtige Größe, nicht zu klein und nicht zu groß, ein toller Garten mit Pool, eine hohe Hecke, dadurch komplett uneinsichtig (die Kinder konnten auch mal nackig rumspringen) und absolut ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Küche könnte eventuell etwas größer sein und die Betten sind relativ hart, aber mehr gibt es unserer……

“Upon our arrival we were greeted by the most amazing landscape views of the valley, and by our excellent host/owner Stefania. It was very obvious that she took great pride in her home and landscaping. Stefania was attentive to our requests and went out of her way to ensure that our group was comfortable and satisfied. We were a group of 12 and had more than ample space within in the home...the rooms were quite spacious and clean. The location of the home is perfect if you'd like to use the home……

“Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, empfehle ich gerne weiter. Das Haus, die Räume sind riesig. Man findet immer ein einsames Plätzchen, auch wenn man mit einer großen Gruppe dort ist. Schwimmbad war neu auf dem Grundstück. Die Außendusche war nur sporadisch. Schön wäre es, wenn diese etwas geschlossen/nicht so einzusehen wäre, so dass man nach dem Schwimmen auch mit Shampoo gleich duschen könnte und man nicht das Badezimmer dafür benötigt. Die Temperaturen geben das ja eine lange Zeit her. Da wir……
