“The location was a terrific, well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and quiet space for mornings of online work and days spent running errands for and visiting with local family. The unit is conveniently located with nearby access to freeways and shopping. My only caution (not a complaint) is that it is tucked back into a complex of identical buildings that are quite difficult to differentiate from one another in low light. It would be less of an issue if building numbers were posted more clearly……

“To start, I was told before booking that we would be able to check in early, as we were coming out of state for a wedding and wanted to shower and get ready for the wedding when we got there. We were told the cleaning lady may still be there, but we could still check in early and get ready. Sadly the cleaning lady was never informed of this. It was very awkward when we arrived, as she wasn’t expecting us and was cleaning the bathroom that was needed to shower and get ready. We ended up leaving……

“Eli was very prompt in answering my questions. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The location was great, near lots of food options and a grocery store. The floors were not the cleanest, rug and stairs needed carpet cleaning. The wooden stair railing at the top of the stairs were not as sturdy (can be moved), which made us nervous when my children went near the stairs. Loved that the place included a gate at the top of the stairs. Overall, there were more positives than negatives.……

The neighborhood is, as said by other reviewers, not the most developed and there are several dilapidated buildings if you walk a couple blocks out, but the sidewalks are clean, the roads are well-paved (mostly; there are some brick streets nearby which could use some work), the door has an electronic lock which needs a code to get inside, and the neighbors are quiet and seem friendly enough.
