“On your site it doesn't say anything about the $75 hold for incidentals. It only has $75 stated in the description as a nightly pet fee. I feel that this should be in the description for regular guests without pets with them (like me) that way they can plan their tip here accordingly and know about all fees. What if I was someone strapped for cash that was only in town for a funeral or something last minute. Money is too tight right now and I feel that all fees/holds should be mentioned up front……

“This is our 2nd time staying at Hyatt Place and we enjoyed our stay! The staff were very pleasant and accommodating! Upon our arrival, they gave us complementary Prosecco for our Anniversary! Breakfast was good and hot! Pool was not open, but we enjoyed our room. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“What a worker Marie at Breakfast was! The entire time I was there I never saw her not refilling supplies and food items or cleaning each area of the breakfast service. The rooms are very clean and the staff was helpful. 10/10!”
