“the building was built in the 1930s yes its old . what a beautiful house. great porch great kitchen with shiplap walls and ceiling. very functional everything was there frig microwave toaster oven , nice bedrooms shower worked great . great yard firepit with chairs car parking on site .fantastic view of the lake. easy access to town and restaurants in walking distance . we were there to fish. great access to the lake. overall we liked it very much. hope to stay again next year.”

“We stayed with our four kids and brought the boat. The kids fished off the dock where we parked the boat during our stay. In walking distance of a grocery store, Fiddleheads breakfast/lunch spot, the Boathouse Winery, the Capital Dog (great ice cream), a True Value and even a gas station.Plenty of seating on the deck and the four queen beds (two were pull out couches) worked for our family. If needed plenty of space for an air mattress. Typical northern Michigan cabin: small kitchen but open to……
