“I hadn't had a vacation in about 2 years and needed a getaway. My husband and I originally had other plans, but work got in the way so we had to change them. We found the host and his cabin on Vrbo for a short stay and it was amazing! It was clean, welcoming, on a small lake with a dock, or a fire pit to sit and relax at. It was everything for a nice quiet weekend. The host was close by if we needed anything, yet we still had a nice private cabin. It was so fun and the area had tons of outdoor……

“The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed and more. It was cozy and spacious. The location was perfect, just a short drive to many great places. Lake access was a short walk away and it was nice to sit on the dock and stargaze at night. The front porch swing was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. The back bedroom had plenty of room for air mattresses, if needed. There was a musty odor when we first arrived, but it cleared out when opening windows and running the ceiling……

“This property was a perfect fit for our family of 6. The house and property had everything we needed and several extra touches that made it very comfortable and inviting. “I liked this place. Has that old-school, “up north”, Michigan cabin vibe. Exactly what I was looking for. Nice and clean. Management was very responsive. “The owners of this property are amazing! From the moment I booked, Jodi was in touch with me. She gave me many recommendations and was very responsive! The property is well maintained and I love the trails and quick walk down to the river. My only caution is to make sure that you have a truck or vehicle with 4 wheel drive, it had previously rained and there was a lot of water/mud in the dirt road on the way to the cabin and it would be difficult to do without that.
