“Absolutely perfect space and property! I wish we all could have stayed longer. Everything needed was laid out impeccably! A couple of small items: the amount of toilet paper was insufficient -- what was described was, 3 rolls would be provided in each bathroom. Instead each bathroom had only partial rolls. We had to go out to purchase more! Paper towel was also in short supply.Other then these small items, we all loved the Sleeping Bear Lair... It helped us all get rested and ready for race day!”

“This small cabin was perfect for our needs. My husband and I stayed for a weekend in May 2025 with our two dogs. It has all the basics for a no frills getaway and close enough to all the local flair. We were in town for the grand reopening of the Cherry Bowl Drive-In, which is just down the street. This cabin is right on the river which was cool. It shares a wall with another cabin, but we never heard the other occupants. Our agenda didn’t allow us to take advantage of the other fun activities……

“Place was perfect. Plenty of space, nice little Playground , great pool and hot tub, little river. Property was kept beautifully and flawless communication. Close to a lot: Frankfort, sleeping bear dunes, traverse city. Couldn’t recommend it more.”
