“Enjoyed the home. Had a continuous battle with small ants on the counter and some cabinets. Noticed that they were climbing up the outside of the house too. Suggest perimeter ant control be applied periodically. Removal of some of the saplings along the edges of the driveway would allow easier access in/out. Would recommend monthly cleaning of gutters- we endured some heavy rainstorm due to the hurricane and the water just went right over the gutters because they were plugged full of pine……

“This is a.great house steps from the beach. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice neighborhood. Loved having places to put our stuff (dressers, wall hooks, closets). We enjoyed sitting in the sun room and spending time together in the living room.”

“Dawn's Cottage was perfect!! We were looking for a quiet beach neighborhood between Frederica and Rehobeth and it absolutely fit the bill. One road in and out and nestled between some marsh and the ocean, everything was clean and neat, the space was roomy and had all the amenities we needed, and communication was just about instantaneous. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for the same. ”
