“Looks like the pics. Thankfully we were able to check in a little early. The unit needs major updating and repairs (ceiling cracks, faucets hard to work, etc.) Some updates have been done but needs more. Bland decor from 80s. Would be great to have American toiletries. “Beautiful home with gourmet kitchen and easy walk to restaurants and shopping on the avenue! Perfect spot for three generations to gather, watch football and enjoy family time. David is a responsive host that has a gorgeous property. We especially enjoyed coffee on the screened in front porch and ping pong in the basement!”

“We really enjoyed the condo for a short stay during the week. Steps to the beach and exactly what we needed to get away from the city life.”

“This place was so comfortable and cute! It could use some cosmetic repairs but nothing that effects your stay and host was up front about it. It comfortably fit my best friend and our 5 children. Comfortable beds and couch! Host was quick to respond to my questions when asked, check in and out were seamless and the pool and front desk were great. We will definitely be back! ”

“We had a great stay. The house is well furnished, clean modern and well located.”

“The property was lovely and just as shown in the photos. Beautiful view and we loved playing cribbage at the bar overlooking the ocean. The only negative about the stay was out of the property owners control - the building was putting stone up in the elevator bank at the entrance. The construction sounds were going all day for both days we were there and we weren’t able to open the windows and enjoy the ocean. ”

“The place was very clean and comfortable. The beach, restaurants, lighthouse, mini-golf, etc. were all within walking distance. We enjoyed Harpoon Hanna’s, The Lobster Shanty, and a short drive to the Bethany Boardwalk. ”
