“This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. We considered it clean, a bit outdated, and it would be nice if they had a couple showers available closer to the beach. The cleaning crew was very friendly, but could definitely be more organized, as they didn’t seem to understand when to clean the room or give privacy; there were a couple times that they tried to enter early when we were sleeping. We were steps away from the adult pool and right next door to the building with check-in, the spa, and the breakfast area. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We would definitely go back. “Property looks old, but well maintained and was the cheapest option for Fourth of July. Expected to be a lot worse since being the cheapest, but staff was excellent in maintaining the property to be as clean as can be. ”

“This was a quick vaca just to get out the house and to the beach. The check in was fast. I didn't realize that it was a $250 hold once checkin, so be prepared. The room was clean and cold.
