“Newer hotel. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Very affordable for the type of room you get. The room come with a kitchenette so there is no breakfast served and no coffee maker in the room.”

“Hotel was fantastic, couldnt have been happier with the room and service. Hotel was really clean, modern and room was large and spacious with exercise equipment included!! We certainly didnt expect this for the money we spent. If in the area again, i would definitely stay again”

“We decided on a quick trip to Austin. We did not want to stay directly in Austin. After a short search we found The Ruby. It looked fun. We booked for 2 nights. It was lovely. Quirky, and cozy. Would have loved to stay longer but we had to get home”

“I had to grab the shuttle to the airport at 6:00 a.m. The hotel shuttle driver asked the lady that brings out the breakfast food to boil the kettle. I waited over 10 minutes and although she was reminded twice, she still never came through. I left without a coffee because I like it watered down.”

“The pillows have a big mouthful of smell, and the bedding is not good. In short, I will not go there again.”
