“We booked this property specifically because of the river access. So glad that we did! We spent most of the day Saturday on the river, and had it completely to ourselves! Our amazing hosts encouraged us to drive our car close to the river access, so we only had a short walk to a very large flat rock next to the river. Put our chairs in a shallow spot and just chilled. A peaceful, quiet, relaxing day in nature sitting in the cool flowing water. The Palette Pad had everything we needed. The tour……

It was great to be in Austin when the Texas Longhorns won the College Softball World Series (see photo of UT Tower lit up). We actually got to meet the owner, he is salt of the earth and great to visit with. Trust us, this spot is worth every single penny! We will be back!”
