“We found this gem over July 4th weekend. If you are looking for a pet friendly place to stay in the heart of downtown Dunedin, this is it! Our room was comfortable with plenty of space for us and our dog. We had an outside patio with a small grassy area for a quick bathroom break for the pup. Incredibly convenient.They keep the grounds incredibly clean and tidy. The staff,excellent. So nice and welcoming. It’s in walking distance to everything in downtown. There is a fun beach vibe outdoor……

“We only stayed one night so we didn’t get to experience all the resort has to offer such at the pool, the spa, or anywhere else on the grounds. We did however eat in the restaurant for breakfast and the food and staff were exceptional. The rooms were very clean, very comfortable. Nothing to complain about. I hope to return in the future, stay longer and have an even better experience. ”

“Everything was great. I especially liked the bar in the lobby-a quiet option for a night cap after dinner. My husband had an espresso and I had a really lovely old fashioned. The whole staff was really sweet, easy to communicate with and the room was immaculate. I also recommend the chèvre grits. We will be back! ”

“酒店的设施陈旧，卫生条件也一般，入住遇到了缺少电视遥控器，床头柜背后有其他房客留下的剃须刀；浴室沐浴水流非常，整个酒店还有莫名装修噪音。周边几乎没有任何餐饮，离市区有相当距离。虽然员工非常不错总是尽力希望解决问题。”

“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”
