“The front desk staff, Mr. Hamdin, was wonderful. He’s always helpful and warm. I really enjoyed the 5 nights stay in this hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The only thing is bathroom shower water output from the faucet is not large enough. Location is perfectly convenient. Just to remind who’s driving over that valet parking fee is not cheap. “這旅館在車站前，交通便利。房間寬敞，設施完備，早餐豐富，還有親筆寫的歡迎函。看似完美的旅店，卻隱含著諸多令房客不滿、不舒服的缺失： 早餐7：30am才供應，對於早起或是趕早班車的人是很不方便的。 一樓電梯口早上常有惡臭氣味，讓人進入餐廳前聞到就沒胃口。 房間內金屬流理台生鏽，浴室淋浴間殘留前房客毛髮等等。 最離譜的是，住宿一晚以上的房客，其房間清潔時間是下午2至6點鐘(櫃檯人員的說明），也就是說長住房客在這段時間不方便回房休息（擔心清潔人員的打擾），既使回房休息也不一定有乾淨的房間或毛巾可以使用。而當天3點check-in的新房客則可以使用清潔好的房間。我的親身經歷是下午回房間休息，4：30pm清潔人員才敲門要進行清潔（真是無言啊）。”
