“First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. Fourth, I reserved shuttle bus to the airport scheduled at 8:30am,……

“We entered the room and I knew immediately that I couldn’t stay in the room. We left our card and went and found another hotel. I guess I should have recognized by the price of the room what I was getting into. Never again will I make that mistake!”

“The service staff are quite friendly. The hotel being old is not a problem, but there is an unpleasant smell in the room. I have to set the air conditioning a little lower to alleviate this smell.”
