“this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside”

“òtima localização, próximo a Alsácia(França). Pessoal super atencioso, nos informaram antecipado que não tinha ninguém na portaria, passaram o código..entramos e já havia um envelope com os cartões e instruções. Excelente!”

“We had a nice stay at the hotel. Location is great. It’s right next to the train station and Flix Bus stop. Breakfast is very good. However, one elevator (total 2) wasn’t working for 2 days out of the 3 days during our stay. Guests had to walk up and down stairs. I did inform the front desk staff that our room phone is not working on the very first day we checked in but they didn’t really care and never bother to fix it. It will be nice if some front desk staff could be more patient and friendly……
