“Es war wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt für meinen Sohn und mir. Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem neuen Teammitglied Dillon an der Rezeption für seine souveräne Art und Freundlichkeit. Desweiteren ein freudiges Wiedersehen mit Petra von der Rezeption. Der abendliche Burger und das morgendliche Frühstück war super. Vielen Dank und bis nächstes Jahr sagen Christian und Hayden.”

Freiberg Novotel

"We had a nice stay at the hotel. Location is great. It’s right next to the train station and Flix Bus stop. Breakfast is very good. However, one elevator (total 2) wasn’t working for 2 days out of the 3 days during our stay. Guests had to walk up and down stairs. I did inform the front desk staff that our room phone is not working on the very first day we checked in but they didn’t really care and never bother to fix it. It will be nice if some front desk staff could be more patient and friendly to Asian guests ."
