“订好的是有沙发的大房间，已经付了全款，到了酒店给了一个很小的房间，问酒店人员回答：Expedia给我错的房间照片，这说法显然不对。房间很小，床正对大门，门是玻璃门，连门帘都没有，晚上不敢开灯，担心外面看见。酒店地段好，出行方便，房间干净。”

“Apartment was very nice and comfortable. We were a little apprehensive about the building entrance which looks quite run down but, once inside, the apartment has been renovated to a modern, high standard and felt very secure. Good communication with BQA - it is AI-based but did have a real person step in when needed. Location is great for getting around - 3 min walk to a tram stop, 10 min walk to a Metro stop and 30-45 min walk to most attractions - though it was very noisy at night (bar……

“The apartment was spacious, clean and well provisioned. The host Ava had already heated the apartment for us so it was great when we arrived. Our host was extremely helpful and the apartment location was perfect , right near all we had wanted to visit with plenty of restaurants , pubs and cafe's nearby. We would love to visit again ! “一切都是靠email連絡，時間到了才會發訊息讓你進房。房門口的感應卡密碼盒第一次打開時看不清楚指示線，試了很久才打開取得房卡。 203房淋浴間的門無法關緊（門下止水條變形門片絞鏈變形導致玻璃門卡地）每次洗完澡浴室都淹水，沒有排水口只能自己拖地）地點方便，坐地鐵路面電車或是公車都方便。坐一站就可以去廢墟酒吧街。街角就有兩個超市方便採買，樓下是麥當勞。房間大，住四個人都可以。廚房道具齊全。”

“Location was excellent. It is very close to the metro, to bus stops and to shopping. There is a Lidl grocery store and an Asian mart very nearby. As well as a nice bakery and money changer are steps away. Rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom is also large and spacious and appears to have been recently renovated. Simone was very prompt in responding to emails. Since we are from Canada, we found the nights a bit warm so had to use the A/C for a few hours to cool down the room. But……

“The host was very helpful, I purchased late at night and checked in the same night with very little notice - I had no problem with the online check in, process was very simple. Apartment is very centrally located and easy to get to. It was very comfortable and is perfect for solo travellers or couples. Overall a very pleasant experience!”

“It is close to city centre but virtually no dinning around.”

“The staff inside this apartment is rude. When we combine two single bed to one, we found out many dust and rubbish coming out from the bed bottom. You need to use your tower for the whole stay if you would like to stay for a long time and then you need to care about it because if you would like another tower, you need to pay extra money to them. No aashing machine inside the room if you want to wash, please pay money to them.”

“Fantastisk leilighet. Stor, ren og fin beliggenhet. Morgensol på terrasse i rolig området. Noe slitt bad, men ingenting av betydning. Gangavstand til sentrum/shopping/Donau, og enkelt og billig med taxi (brukte Uber-app, som bestiller en offisiell taxi). God informasjon, og det praktiske rundt leiligheten var veldig enkelt både ved ankomst og avreise. (Hadde ikke behov for å kontakte noen underveis). Alt i alt en fantastisk leilighet i en nydelig by. Anbefales!! ”
