“First time VRBO user. Was scared of this before. This experience changed it all! From check in to check out this was nirvana for a home away from home. This property was PERFECTLY described. “I stayed at this house for a weekend trip. The house was very clean. Had a lot of towels, linens and blankets, which we really liked. We have a toddler who is two years old and it was very toddler friendly. We liked that it didn’t have a bunch of breakables on the shelves and was very simple. We have stayed in multiple properties on different renting sites and this one was one of the cleanest ones we had been in. We also really felt welcome in the neighborhood of the neighbors across the street……

“The Watauga River Cabins is a truly unique gem! The photos don't do it justice... it was larger than expected and the views of the river with fly fishing float boats causing by was spectacular. We were in town to visit my brother and his family for the Nascar race at Bristol, which was a short drive and came back to grill some steaks on the grill and have a campfire on the large back patio area while soaking in the scenery. I also fly fish and we were able o book a float trip with High Country……
