“Very close to RR Airport about 20m drive thus you could hear airplane noise frequently during daytime. While it’s much less at night to barely hear them. The studio room is very spacious with modern deco and nice amenities (love the coffee). Staff are very friendly and always ready to help with big smiles, especially doorman who helped us with luggage when we left. Major problem is the noise, not to mention ambulances (super loud when they come, but also better during night time), biggest bug……

“The apartment is in a "not so great" neighbourhood, but it's not as scary as some of what the other reviews said. You do feel a bit unsafe late at night, but there's a nice Texan/Mexican restaurant just 3 mins walk from the apartment. Food there was nice. If you just get in and out looking for a place to stay, this apartment is perfect. Once you step inside, the place felt secured and safe. There's a staff there near the entrance overnight. “We will try and book with this property every time we travel to DC. Super accommodating and helpful, they love their doggo friends and spoil them, and property is locked so no random people wandering around. The area os walkable with great restaurants, but also quieter becaise it is more of a neighborhood and not touristy”
