“First impression was very clean and who ever the cleaning team is are great , also place was spacious and cozy. I loved the bedroom with the hammack swing and words of aspiration on the wall and set up in room where we could also capture pictures of our moments in this beautiful home and i cant wait to vidit dc again in the bear future and book this place again.”

“What a cool building. We really enjoyed reading the welcome book explaining its history. The property was clean and included conveniences like toiletries, coffee, filters, cookware, dishes, cutlery, and a mini fridge. Everything you would need for your DC stay. The location was very convenient and you can shorten you walk by hopping on an e-bike or e-scooter (often right outside the house). Eric and Jason are very responsive and check-in/out is super easy. Highly recommend.”

“Property is well maintained, seems like the remodel was done recently, and they provided lots of things for you - paper supplies, drinks and snacks! There was a parking garage across the street just one block down which was convenient. Only hiccup was the WiFi was slow a couple of times. ”

“Great place to stay. Close to metro and some fun places just a few blocks away. Arrived late in the evening, took the host suggestion for the Wonderland Ballroom. Had a terrific evening! Beds are comfortable, Carlton is a fantastic host. Would definitely recommend.Be sure to visit Tequila & Mezcal if you like Mexican. ”

“We came to DC to enjoy the Cherry Blossom trees in bloom & see the history of our nation. We took Ubers to the National Mall & the Zoo which only took minutes to get to & from. The property was delightful, bright, comfortable. We stayed a week & never had problems. Since we flew there from NM, we didn’t have a cutting knife to use for the kitchen so that would be my only suggestion to supply one. Thank you for a great experience!”

“This property was in a very clean, safe and nice neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and clean. Very good for 2 seniors with an excellent walk-in shower. Located on the first floor with just a few steps inside the building entrance. Very easy walk to the Metro. Wonderful restaurant (Otis@12) almost next door! ”

“Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Christie's garden apartment. The location was fantastic for all the activities we wanted to easily access. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable and we appreciated being able to pull the shades on all the windows to lengthen our morning sleep. We also enjoyed sitting in the shady backyard after our long days exploring. We didn't use the kitchen except for morning coffee. I'd stay here again!”

It was close to the metro station and had plenty of food options in the area and a grocery store that we visited several times for breakfast foods and snacks. The neighborhood is charming and we felt very safe, even walking after dark. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Soft beds and great shower pressure. We would stay here again and again! “The property was as listed and had nice touch's left from the host (extra toiletries/coffee). Lots of natural light in a quiet area. It was perfect for a DC visit. Only a couple of blocks one direction to the subway and lots of interesting eateries, and a couple of blocks the other way to Whole Foods grocery. Felt safe everywhere. Would definitely book again if we come back. ”

“If you are going to be visiting, Washington DC, the subway is about a 3 to 4 minute walk away. It is also a five minute walk away from the edge of the Catholic university and some of its restaurants. For four adult people, furniture could have been a little more comfortable in the living room area. But we spent very little time at the unit, so we made it work. It was not listed that a blow dryer was there, and I made the mistake of not packing one. We had questions regarding the checking in……
