“Communication from property managers always prompt & courteous. Very comfortable house. Close to many activities we enjoyed: Maui Arts & Cultural Center, Bailey Museum, Native Intelligence arts store, Wailuku Coffee & Ululani’s Shave Ice. Would happily stay again.”

“Exceptional! Our host Elaine was an amazing host and checked in on us regularly throughout our stay. She went out of her way to make our check in process easier, even in the dark. Very thoughtful. The property was spotless, including the grill, which is rare. Great attention to detail. Location was perfect and Elaine suggested some beaches in the area. We loved the pool and enjoyed lots of time swimming and sunning in the spacious area. The deck off the back of the cottage was also a great……

“We very much enjoyed our stay! The beach is just steps away from the door. Beautiful sunsets, turtles on the beach, pickleball nearby at the community park. Overall a great experience, just pack light as luggage must be carried up two flights of stairs. Owner was great and very communicative. Shopping center and groceries within walking distance. Would visit here again. ”

“An unbelievable and very unique setting. Although not on the beach ,it is a 2 mile drive to one of the best beaches. The facility is truly a Villa with a front and backyard one of which has a private, (to the renter) saltwater swimming pool. Some exercise equipment, water sports gear,beach chairs, umbrella ect The best part is the owners. They are twin brother artists and the Villa is full of their art. And the building of the facility was based on aesthetics. This along with the lower cost……

“My husband and I were fortunate to stay at the little bungalow that John offers. We found that it was very private feeling even with a couple other rentals close by. John’s as very friendly and attentive. We did not need much but he was there quick when we did. He takes great care of the property as well. It is perfect for 2 people. If we had little kids the porch would have been great for them or us to sleep. But as it sits for privacy it should be 2 people. ”

“This was our 7th time staying at Ho’okipa Bay cottage. We asked, can it be any better than the previous 6? Yes! It can! Hank has provided everything we needed…beautiful home, comfy bed, incredible views. We love going to the touristy areas during the day. Then returning home to the lanai, soaking tub, outdoor shower. What a way to re-energize after a long day. We will treasure our memories of Hank’s place and look forward to returning. Our happy pace! Joy and Tom”

Sydney gave us an incredible tour of the property and the knowledge and care she displayed is very commendable. An incredible view off the deck let us watch the weather every morning and evening. “Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying here. There was enough space for everyone and it really is just a 5 minute walk to Airport Beach (also known as Kahekili). We had no problems with cleaniless. The little complex the cottage is apart of is quiet and well maintained. Our family spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying the ocean view and breezes. We would definietly stay here again. ”
