“The location and size, furnishings were perfect! Our only suggestion is to clean the floors, table tops, etc. better. There was quite a bit of visible dust on the tv stand and the occasional tables near the couch. The tv screen was quite dusty. And the floor—I wore white cotton socks around the unit. The bottoms were pretty dirty each evening. I would definitely recommend this unit and host to others. I would forewarn them about the number and steepness of the stairs. Lol We loved the older……

“I was in town for Easter weekend for a legacy reunion with my family. The inside of the apartment/condo looked exactly as the listing. We arrived late nigt around 10 pm it was verty dark, with minimal lighting so it took a few minutes to find the unit. I would suggest arriving early the first night during day light. The cleaning crew missed a few things but nothing major. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood and surrounding area was nice and wuiet.”

“Great location, with Shug’s downstairs and the downtown area was within walking distance. We were surprised by all the shops in the downtown area. ”

“We came to visit Starkville to do a college visit with my son. The house was nice and new and very comfortable, however there were a lot of hairs in each of the beds when we pulled the sheets back which was a bit gross. The house didn't have any shampoo, conditioner or body wash which was disappointing since we didn't have any of that with us, but thankfully CVS was close by. The complex is very nice. Overall a good stay and the king bed options were really nice, but I just wish there wasn't……

“This apartment is just as pictured and the location couldn’t be better. I actually walked outside in the morning to see them filming “Home Town” about four doors down. It was surreal. You have everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen and bathroom are very well appointed. I highly recommend it. ”
