“The Grand Hotel was pretty quiet during our stay. Sad to find out all the renovations happening, but looking forward to seeing what the new improved amenities will be like. ”

“Overall, I thought the stay there was okay. The complaint I have was that when it came to taking a shower, I couldn't adjust the water temperature. The water was purely hot only, and the faucet wouldn't allow me to adjust temperature, thus I wound up not taking as complete of a shower as I would have otherwise because of the water being excessively hot.”

“The water in the washbasin in Room 225 is blocked.”

“The apartment complex behind the hotel seemed a little sketchy. There was a giant pothole in the back of the lot on the way out! That needs to be addressed”
