“The front desk staff was super helpful. I can’t remember his name - but reddish hair - he is always there when we stay and he’s super nice. We had an issue with our fridge and he fixed in in 10 minutes. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is excellent. Great location and just overall fantastic hotel. ”

“I’m sickened by this hotel!! Do not book! We showed up to this hotel and it was abandoned and the water park was closed. No one was there. I contacted hotels.com and still haven’t got my money back!! And it’s been weeks since anyone has contacted me either. ”
