“Check-in was quick and easy. Connal at the front desk was very professional and accommodating. He put us in a room that had strong cigarette smell so ℑ asked to switch and he was very kind and allowed to us to view two other rooms to choose from. The next morning ℑ found out the door was not locked behind us so the morning staff fixed it right away. The toilet was not flushing and a maintenance man was sent in and fixed it upon request. Two things ℑ was not please was were breakfast is not……

“The hotel is great and the people are friendly. But the road to the hotel, Saddle Creek, flooded and I could not return to the hotel in the middle of a storm. I eventually figured out how to come around on another street, but it was a scary experience.”
