“We rented a 1 bedroom suite for Th (Check-In)-Sun (checkout). TV in Master Bedroom did not work. After multiple calls to the Front Desk, they told us the remote for the living room ran both TV's and the hotel was full so they had no other remote. Turns out Rm 215 was the only room with the problem. They finally got us a remote on Saturday. As for housekeeping, they did NOT clean our room the entire stay. On Friday, we were gone before they came around, on Saturday we left 10-15 minutes after……

“Restful stay when my dog. Arrived late night so had to call and wait for about 10 mins for the night manager to open the shuttered front desk and check me in. Checkin was smooth but I was charged an additional $26 per fee, which in was unaware off. Bedroom floor was very muddy and dirty like it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in weeks”

“Everything about this place was pure perfection. Lisa Lambert (the owner) has such an eye for attention to detail and gorgeous decorating. Every area of the home was warm and inviting. The whole place was incredible! We came to visit our daughter who is stationed at Offutt, and we brought our other daughter and her family with us. Our one-year-old grandson LOVED the downstairs and outdoor play areas, and the house was a very spacious home for the adults to relax and enjoy family time while he……
