“Positives: It is close to the zoo, in walking distance. Nice house with potential. The upstairs was perfect for my teenage boys. Negatives: Not the best area. Much better on the other side of the highway. We went to a park and my daughter go threatened and yelled at by some guy for looking at his jeep. She loves jeeps and he lost it. There was trash everywhere and allot of people hanging out seeming to be on drugs. Appliances need upgraded or to be properly installed (washing machine fills……
