“Aside from the hotel itself being lovely in every way, what stood out the most was the friendly and insanely accommodating staff. You can tell they cared about the service they provided. When I called with an early check in request, due to my daughter being extremely car sick, they were quick to arrange an early check in. I would for sure stay there again. ”

“Newly built, everything is fresh and updated. No front desk. All requests are communicated thru texts. Check in and getting into the garage is initiated by code. It lacks human touch and warmth. Location and cleanliness are top notch.”

“Nice location, 5min.walk to the sky train station. Beautiful neighborhood, with supermarket, cafe and restaurants all in walking distance. Good breakfast service. The only thing that we experienced was the towels got unpleasant smell perhaps as we learned on the arrival day that it had been raining for the past days. And the room was bit small which was intended for up to 3persons. What we liked most was the sound-proof of the rooms, which is excellent for a beautiful Victoria-style house. ”

“My experience was great. We are staying in a loft room which separated me with my roommate who snored loudly. The loft room was quiet and the noise insulation was very good. I did not hear the noise from outside either. The airport shuttle bus service was also good that we arrived at the airport in time. ”
