“I have been visiting this hotel since 2012. This is my 4th visit. This is a beautiful hotel, with lovely rooms and deep plunge bathtubs nestled in the snowy forest. But what makes this the most amazing hotel is the staff and the service. As someone who travels the world for business rarely have I seen such honest hospitality and attentiveness. From laying our your warm ski boots out in the morning before you set off for the day, to welcoming you home after the day with your warm dry boots……

“飯店人員服務很好，櫃檯英文溝通ok 飯店B1有Lawson，早上7點到晚上11點，附近最靠近的地鐵站是御成門站 港區有規定不能隨意路邊抽菸，要到指定地區才可以抽菸，走在路上不得不說，空氣真的比較好 豪華房型一進門是衣櫃和廁所，有個門能隔開床舖區，這設計滿好的。浴室有浴缸，一樓大廳有化妝水、乳液、卸妝乳、浴帽、泡澡用沐浴粉，很貼心 只有高級雙人房20平方米的房型能看到窗外東京鐵塔，考量和朋友都帶2咖大行李箱，最後還是選擇大一點的空間 整體而言住下來的感受都很好，推薦！ ”
