“Conveniently located within the town but secluded enough that it was always peaceful like a good hideaway. The breakfast was great and the all day tea and afternoon popcorn was a delight. I appreciated that guests were able to use the kitchen and designated fridge. The deck area where you could lounge while you read, ate, or just enjoy company with a great view was an added bonus. “The hotel was perfect for our first and last night of our trip in Costa Rica. It is near the airport, clean, we felt safe and we took the breakfast which was good and convenient. The share kitchen and shuttle for the airport are also a plus. We recommend!”

“Honestly this place was great. I saw birds roght out my patio window and looked out to the mountains. It was a great value and the owner and his family were very friendly and welcoming. Take the short hike to the top of the property and enjoy an amazing view. This was such a cool place to stay. The room was extremely comfortable.”

“I loved being in the mountains in nature. Beautiful property. There are bugs birds and even a chipmunk, lovely view. Simple Breakfast was included. A bit far from the city. Wifi was down when i arrived but i had backup. I would totally go back, it is a great escape and very reasonably priced. ”

“Eden Atenas seemed a bit in the middle of nowhere, when we arrived in the dark - and it was very dark. But when we woke up the morning we were surrounded by the most beautiful jungle gardens, a gorgeous pool, such a kind caretaker who made a gorgeous simple breakfast where we watched hummingbirds. Eden. Just like it says. There isn't anywhere exciting to go outside the compound but inside it's a magical retreat. Someone should write a great novel there.”

“The hosts are very kind people and love nature as they maintain a beautiful garden with many plants and trees on the property. We enjoyed the quiet peacefulness Gosen offers. They offer meals to order. We enjoyed breakfast Venezuelan style which was very good.”
