“This was a last-minute booking for my final night in Costa Rica, and what an amazing find! It’s a beautiful home just in the edge of the center of Escazú. It’s very walkable into town for dinner and drinks. There is beautiful artwork throughout the home, painted by the host. Despite the language barrier, my host could not have been more welcoming. “This was an inexpensive option for our family to stay in Sarapiqui. The property is interesting because of the covered pathways and proximity to two miles of rainforest trails, and we spied frogs, howler monkeys, iguana, caterpillars, etc. Breakfast was wonderful. There is no air conditioning or hot water, which was fine for us. Wet clothes will take a looooong time to hang dry. We are a family of 6, and I thought from photos that we would likely have a room with bunk beds. Instead we were given……

“I loved being in the mountains in nature. Beautiful property. There are bugs birds and even a chipmunk, lovely view. Simple Breakfast was included. A bit far from the city. Wifi was down when i arrived but i had backup. I would totally go back, it is a great escape and very reasonably priced. ”
