“I arrived at the security gate to check-in to my dismay they had no record of my arrival and after much time was told the apartment was already rented!!!! Now it is getting dark, the traffic is manic and I have no place to stay. This is unforgivable. My advice is do not chance the same thing happening to you and find another listing!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“If you need to stay in the San Jose area, this is a wonderful place. It is on the 11th floor and the views were spectacular. We were there in January. It was windy but we were told it calms down by February. It didn't stop our enjoyment! Though there was a portable a/c unit, we certainly didn't need it. The ceiling fans were adequate. Pool is beautiful but this time of year it was a bit too chilly for us to use. Remember San Jose is 1100 m in elevation and I'm a wimp! There were other people……

My primary goal for this stay was dental implants and stem cell treatment. I'm very pleased with both and the property. Comfortable bed and loved the very private patio. La dueña communicated and followed up nicely regarding minor issues. I would recommend this place without hesitation.”

“This condo was double booked and we got canceled. We received this notification after our plane has landed in Costa Rica leaving us with no place to stay. The Vrbo guarantee gave me no help at all. I was on the phone all night and finally had to get my own hotel. I was supposed to receive a phone call back the next day before 11 and did not. I had to find another accommodation on another application. We finally got a phone call two days later from customer support saying that they would send me……

“The apartment is in a great location with really nice views! We stayed here upon landing in San Jose and then again at the end of our trip. Check in and parking were super easy and the apartment was very cozy and clean! We would definitely stay here again…. And hope to! Thank you so much! Lesley”
