“Place was very comfortable for 8 women. We had a problem with the TV and man who came to fix it was very pleasant and helpful- problem was solvedIt seems that it was a new rental and some items were scarce or non existent. I wrote the property manager with some suggestions. Did not mar our stay but a few extras - bath soap and dish detergent, kitchen towels -would have been appreciated ”

“This was perfect for our family. The location right across from the beach made it easy for small groups to go to the lake and easily return for food or rests. Many nights we ate down at the beach and were about the only ones there. It was perfect!!”

“This house was beautiful! The pictures are exactly what you get. House was very clean. Probably the cleanest house we've ever stayed in. Location was amazing. It is right on the beach! Spectacular views of Lake Michigan. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, Blue Harbor resort and a very nice walking trail. Loved our stay!”

“Plenty of room for everyone. Didn’t like the fact you had to go outside to visit the kids in #2, but it all worked out. Kind of short on refrigerator space, just left stuff in our coolers. We had a pleasant time”

“Everythring was fine. Only Negatives would be that the right side glass of the fireplace fell out into my hand when I 1st opened it to start a fire. Also, that the Skiing and Tubing were "shut down" for the weekend, but people working there told us to go to "Cascade". So, if Cascade was open, why weren't you guys? All in all a Good Trip.”

“We reserved a Villa and was relocated 1.4 miles from the Villas to the Timbers. We were relocated two days before checking in and told we either switch or get our $ back. Most of our family were there on the 23rd. The rest of our family came in the 26th. I received a call from the owner stating not to tell them at check-in that we reserved through VRBO- felt uncomfortable with all this - not a good experience. Fortunately nothing was asked at check- in and we had a wonderful time with our kids……

“We were moved twice over our 9 day trip and downgraded to the smallest unit on our last 2 days.....telephone rings in suite everyday with "Concierge" trying to sell time share property. If that's your thing you'll have a blast.”
