“Perfect location close to the gates of the walled city. Easy parking once the system is explained. Enter the public car park gates at the front of hotel, park and walk to reception where the correct tickets can be obtained for parking. 15€ per night charge. Rooms are immaculate and have a small fridge and pod coffee machine. Decor is excellent and has deck access to most rooms. Good if you smoke, not if you don’t. Reception was efficient and polite. “Gréât staff at the hotel. Special thanks to Brice. Wonderful view from room overlooking the chateau of Carcassonne. Location is good, can walk to the Chateau in 5 to 10 minutes. Short walk of 5 minutes to Place Carnot for restaurants. ”

“Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.”
