There are indeed homeless encampments nearby. If it concerns you, my advice is to avoid passing through the square park as you make your way to the hotel from Eaton Centre.”

“I was by myself. Just for a weekend away. I had the king size bed. I am handicap and the bathroom was safe with handrails and rain shower. Menu was varied with healthy and comfort foods. There is a shuttle every half hour. All staff were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I found prices to be better than what I expected. I will certainly use this hotel when in Toronto anytime. ”
