“The dormitory is beautiful and probably the best I've ever been in. Had a Scandinavian feel to it as spacious and clean. Bathroom also spacious. However mostly male staff work here and they just walk into the all female dorms. One knock and they come in. Also when being cleaned through the day the doors are left open so rooms fill with mosquitos. You try and explain this and they can't understand English. Also no curtains for each bed so no privacy. Also serves meat at the hostel which I find……

“Hotel Presidency Ernakulam was comfortable and overall the service was excellent. My only disappointment was the checkout process. My flight left at midnight so I gave plenty of notice about needing to settle my bill that evening.. it took way too long to make sure my invoice was correct, and then to find a payments machine that would accept an international credit card.”

“レセプションの対応も良くチェックイン時刻前でしたが、すぐに部屋の用意をしてくれて助かりました。部屋の居心地は必要なものがきちんとそろっていてとてもいいです。冷房も細かく設定できるので自分で適温に調整できます。建物全体は一見きれいなのですが、部屋の中の細かいメンテナンスが出来ていないようで、スイッチの一部が壊れていたりします。そういうことを気にしない方なら気楽に滞在できていいと思います。スタッフも真面目でフレンドリーだったし、全体的に快適に過ごせました”
