“A beautiful property set in a secluded wooded area. Certainly different having guinea fowl in the foliage. The rooms are stunningly large. My friend who was local to it was in total awe of it. It is highly recommended to stay there. ”

“A convenient base for what I needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s fairly dated for design and decor but that possibly reflects in the price. The bathroom is about as compact as you can get and the shower is small - I kept knocking the water mixer to “off” while showering. Quiet considering its location. Duvet incredibly heavy for the current weather. No fridge, but plenty of ice available . ”

“There was a double booking. J'cups said that they have closed their account with hotels.com. However, they still managed to take bookings. Helen found us alternative accommodation for two nights, which I feel was not quite on par with what we received at J'Cups. We spent 1 night with J'Cups and then two nights with another accommodation and then two nights again with J'Cups. I would just make sure not to book via hotels.com again as they have no way of communication channels where these types……

“Will never stay there again. Aircon was not working, did not even make an effort to help with the room being cold. Had to sleep with a jacket, as there are not even extra blankets in the room. The bed was not made with a lot of effort, my 10year old cousin would do it better. The breakfast was horrible, food was raw, had to send it back, had to ask for juice and glass and we still waiting for it. Being 6 friends, where 4 of us are in travel we will never send our customers there. Someone……

Il ya tellement de petites attentions que l'on a l'impression d'être des personnes exceptionnelles. On a une vue imprenable sur pretoria et l'union building depuis la terrasse depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel. Dans un quartier très calme mais pas besoin de sortir le soir , le restaurant propose une splendide carte avec des mets savoureux et de très bon cocktails ! ”
