“我們大約在2週前就已訂房，住宿前一晚也有收到飯店的訂房提醒信，但是當我們到飯店check in時，飯店人員說因爲系統有問題，房間都滿了，所以把我們訂的兩間房，其中一間要拆到hotel Kars 去，讓我們覺得十分不便。而且在處理的過程中，我們看到後面來check in的客人都很順利有房，迅速領房卡就上樓，所以詢問櫃臺服務人員能否安排我們在同一間飯店，服務人員叫我們自己打電話去問，這讓我十分生氣，因為是系統和飯店的疏失，為什麼是我們自己去問。後來僵了一陣子，櫃臺人員打了電話，吿知我們對方飯店也沒有房間了，我們最終還是住在不同的飯店裡，是一個不愉快的住宿經驗。”

“Beautiful View close to the Plivitce Lakes about 3 km to an entrance. The facility we stay is brand new and beautiful. Very, very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable overall and they accommodate three sleeping arrangements.
