“We were stuck in Cuzco because of the State of Emergency in Peru and the coronavirus pandemic. The staff were nice and very helpful. They contacted another hotel for us to stay 15 days. The breakfast was very good and room was comfortable and clean.”

“Good: Big and nice room. There is air-con in room. Staff are super helpful and caring. Breakfast is simple but good enough. They also prepared breakfast to go for our tour. Downside: The hotel is located at the middle of the high slope. Uber and tour pick-up usually do not stop there. The hot shower water pressure was not high enough except the first morning. In-room amenities were not enough. Only one tooth brush was provided for two people and also no tooth paste. No facial tissue was……

“We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags when we went on our various tours. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and fresh fruit. Avoid room 19 since it is by the reception area and can get loud. Close to the Plaza but away from the hubbub. Highly recommended!”
