“Le personnel était bien gentil. Par contre, l’état des lieux laisse à désirer. Si vous voulez des défis de troubleshooting. Le disjoncteur principal n’a pas arrêté de sauté tout au long du séjour. Le lave vaisselle n’était finalement pas branché. J’ai eu du plaisir à trouver de quelle façon le faire fonctionner. Des insectes se trouvaient dans l’appartement. Il n’y avait pas d’allumettes pour allumer le poêle au gaz. J’ai eu aucun plaisir.”

“This Resort/Spa Hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable, in a beautiful and quiet setting/location. The room was lovely! BUT sadly, the staff was so unwelcoming, so unaccommodating and just plain awkward, seeming pretentious and weird, which was very different from our experience in Rome & Sorrento. Not sure if it was the region, or just poor hirings. You could have cut the tension amongst the staff with a knife! Honestly, I would not recommend this stay. You can do better!
