“Beautiful property cool lay out, house is really big compared to what I thought before arriving. The house is really clean and the hosts stocked some breakfast items and toiletries for us to use. TV’s everywhere. We had a great experience and would go back to this house again ”

“Our family enjoyed our stay here very much, it was very quiet and peaceful. While we spent most of our time out and didn't make it back until late in the evenings the back porch did provide us with a nice place to enjoy a beautiful sunset the day we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed although we only really utilized it for cereal breakfasts. Everyone enjoyed their time here and we would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.”

“Will book again! I loved the layout of the villa, and the location. My kids enjoyed the games so much! Everything was really great! Only complaint I could say is I wish the mattresses were a little better! But they weren't so bad that I wouldn't book again.”

“Comfortable and spacious, good clean, minimalistic home. No shampoo so bring your own. Residential area is quiet and we had a great stay. We had an issue with the bed linens but host was accommodating and worked through the issue. Recommended!”

“The house is large and is designed and appointed with a big group in mind. We used the three dining room tables for meals as well as card games- could use another deck of cards. It was nice to break apart the tables for smaller games and then bring the whole together at dinner time. Multifunctional! The relatively new remodel presented a clean, modern look, warm and welcoming. ”

“We had a great stay for 2 nights. This property is in between Branson & Springfield, making it very convenient if you are planning to do things in both places. Loved all the labels on the cabinets and light switches! ”

“Everything was perfect. Our group appreciated the layout of the house, with everyone seeming to have their own little wing of the house. We found it to be very comfortable and convenient, centrally located for everything that we wanted to do. We especially appreciated the small things... Like having all the switches labeled, and the drawers and cabinets labeled. Even the little bag of welcome chocolate. Kisses was a nice touch. The only recommendation that comes to mind is putting a pocket door……

“Friends gathered to help celebrate my 60th birthday. Rivendell was an amazing property for us with plenty of privacy for all our guests both outside and in the house, which is hard to find. The fireplaces, deck and accommodations were spectacular. Very comfortable though elegant space. Everyone left for home eager to return. We will be back.”
