“This is a nice house in a nice location, although a bit far from town (Pegosa Springs). My only two complaints about the house was there was some dirty dishes in the cabinet, and there is no bathroom upstairs. ”

We like the room in the house, great view, good playroom for the kiddos and plenty of sleeping and bathroom space.The kitchen is sufficient and dining area has a large table that easily worked for the 9 of us. “Highly recommend this gorgeous home, it was the most beautiful home we have ever stayed at. It was quiet and surrounded by a gorgeous forest. The hot tub was so relaxing, the heated deck and grill served some wonderful meals, there was a great game room downstairs and plenty of games to keep us busy on the snowy days. “The home is beautiful! The stay was very relaxing. The views are amazing. We seen black bears, deer and elk. In regards to the home. The only suggestion I would have for future renters is the kitchen isn’t fully stocked. No cups and no big skillets. Also, the Vrbo ad shows pictures of bunk beds but when you get there you can’t use them per the notes taped on the beds. The grill needs a good cleaning and doesn’t ignite properly. The washing machine needs to be professionally cleaned it’s mildewed……
