“Really nice house with a beautiful view. There were a few things that needed attention, but the host was quick to get those things taken care of. The hot tub was on the fritz, but it didn’t matter. It was still a really nice place to stay for a few nights. You can’t beat the river in your backyard!! ”

“A gorgeous house in an absolutely breathtaking location! We were provided baby gates and a highchair awaiting our arrival which made traveling with littles so easy. The large property is beautiful and made morning hikes super convenient. Only a short 25 minute drive to town which was also beautiful and had plenty to do and see! Would highly recommend a stay here. ”

“The house was nicely decorated for Christmas. The owners even ordered snow, which made for a delightfully, white Christmas. The kitchen was well stocked. TVs in every room. Internet was reliable and fast. And we can't say enough about how wonderful the view is from inside the house and on the deck. The deck is also amazing. If it were a warmer season, our family would have spent most of the time on it. The home is very close to uptown Pagosa, but feels like it's far away. Saw elk and……
